First time making meatloaf. I had been meaning to make it for years. Used Joy of Cooking recipe plus red pepper flakes and parmesan. Topping is ketchup, worcestershire, Cajun Chef green hot sauce, and a shot of Sriracha. All of the pics of the uncooked meatloaf are awful so this is it.
