Sauce is actually pretty good. I added onion, hot sauce, Creole mustard, little ketchup. Better after it sits for a while in fridge.

Sandwich of the Day: Manwich 2024
Manwich sauce is actually pretty good. Added half a purple onion, Creole mustard, hot sauce, little bit of ketchup. Pepperidge Farm potato buns. Sloppy Joe.

Sandwich of the Day: Manwich
Spicy version. I got some potato buns at the grocery this morning. Browned some onion and added red pepper flakes, worcestershire, Cajun Chef green hot sauce, Sriracha, and a little ketchup. It was hotter last night when I tried it. Little pepper aftertaste now, which is perfect. It was good. Have enough to freeze and it freezes pretty well. Sloppy Joe.
