Beer and Buttermilk Biscuits 7/4

 

2 cups Pioneer baking mix. 1/3 beer, 2/3 buttermilk (2/3 cup liquid total). 450 oven 8 min. Brush with butter or margarine immediately.

Beer and Buttermilk Biscuits

 

Beer/buttermilk biscuits with the bit of Bisquick mix left in the box. 

To go with the chicken and peppers and rice from earlier. Bisquick mix left from the experiment last month with pimento cheese sausage balls that were very good. 

Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix

 

Made Christmas sausage balls with this mix but today was first time for the cheese biscuits themselves with the crawfish etouffee. Very good. Would make again.

Italian Sausage Meat Sauce and Cheese Casserole

Not quite a poor man's lasagna because I didn't have ricotta cheese but I did have a little Italian cheese mixture and some parmesan. Meat sauce from the freezer. Medium pasta shells. Biscuits from this morning.
