General Sterling Price II

He won't sit still. Difficult subject. Finally touched him for the first time yesterday. Almost four weeks. He's a little skittish.

Broken and The General

Earlier they were on opposite ends of this couch. Maybe because of the rain and thunder.

Bourbon and The General

He was sleeping with Broken on the same couch but by the time I got the camera he had moved. Bourbon rack has five or six whiskeys. Most unopened. Wild Turkey, Evan Williams, Gentleman Jack, Evan Williams Apple (for cooking), Maker's Mark, Four Roses (back). Also several other whiskeys and a moonshine in little bottles. This is all new for Christmas this year. Mixed in with my father's booze from his old house.

Family 10-Game Set Coffee Table

New from Big Lots! going out of business sale. I have bought a whole lot of cheap DVDs and Blu-rays at that location over the years. 200-300 movies of my 550-560. Very cheap at times. Usually $3, but $1.50 at times, and .75 once. I got the game set coffee table $5 off. Normally $19.99, was 14.99. It's perfect as a coffee table for the day bed.

General Sterling Price

True Grit by Charles Portis. One of my favorite books. And the 1969 movie with John Wayne. Big orange tabby male cat. My new rescue cat similar coloring. I call him The General. Or General. Hanging out in the bathroom to separate him from my cats until vet visit. I'm watching Wings and Magnum, P.I. And I have the book True Grit here too.
