Only a 4.8 IMDb rating but doesn't mean much for Eurospy movies. In general anything under a 6 IMDb is be wary of. Found on Youtube. Unfortunately this is the badly dubbed version that everyone says avoid. I'm used to it with spaghetti westerns and Eurospy on Youtube with variable quality.
