Peach Vanilla Ice Cream Pie

First was cherry, then blueberry, and I had peach in the pantry. One can fruit pie filling. Mix with vanilla ice cream, softened, and then pour into graham cracker crust and freeze again. This one is for me with the leftover ice cream.

Peach and Cherry Whiskey Lazy Pies

Evan Williams apple whiskey I got just for cooking. House smells like apples. Instead of one or two tablespoons that I know previously will cook out, I used a half cup apple whiskey. Plus a little Jim Beam as a bracer because the apple is really apple.

Wild Turkey 101 Peach Cobbler

https://observationdeck2.blogspot.com/2021/06/peach.html

House smells better. From a mix. Can of fruit. 40-45 min. cooking time at 375 so I put 2 tbl. whiskey. Booze cooks out but 30 min. or less I would've put one tbl.

Lazy Pie - Revisited

Second try. Proper amount of milk. Using evaporated milk because I haven't bought milk in two years. Did half recipe and put full amount of milk first try.

Lazy Pie

From the Kitchens of Westminster cookbook. My neighborhood and elementary school in the 70s. I am terrible at baking so even this simple item could be trouble. My father makes this all the time is how I got on to the recipe. I am using half of everything for this size dish and one 15 oz. can of peaches, with liquid. So half would be: half cup butter, half cup sugar, half cup flour, half tablespoon baking powder, quarter cup milk. Cook at 350 for 35 minutes. I am using the toaster oven. (edit) I think I put too much milk when I was cutting everything else in half.
