Trade paperback movie tie-in. General Sterling Price the cat. One of the best books I have ever read. Plus the John Wayne movie tie-in. My rescue cat is named General Sterling Price. Found him in a McDonald's parking lot.

True Grit by Charles Portis. One of my favorite books. And the 1969 movie with John Wayne. Big orange tabby male cat. My new rescue cat similar coloring. I call him The General. Or General. Hanging out in the bathroom to separate him from my cats until vet visit. I'm watching Wings and Magnum, P.I. And I have the book True Grit here too.
