The Killing (1956)
Directed by Stanley Kubrick. Criterion DVD. Lucien Ballard cinematography. This is also a new one Free With Ads on Youtube. I didn't realize I had already covered so many films noir. This will be #30. There will be a few more coming today since there is a big line of storms coming and record heat, but I've already done most of the noir DVDs and Blu-rays I have. The Criterion DVD is formatted properly on the new TV, thank God. Casablanca and a few others I couldn't get to go to square aspect ratio. The Blu-ray player is to blame.
