Mad Love (1935)

Directed by Karl Freund. Peter Lorre. A surreal classic. This story has been used many times. I saw the silent The Hands of Orlac on the Kanopy library streaming service the summer I did a silent film series on Kinja. I have also seen Hands of a Stranger, but there were several more, including a few TV anthologies. Incidentally, Karl Freund did not create the three camera lighting system for I Love Lucy. The system already existed. He perfected it.
