Fuzz (1972)

Coming up next on this-TV. From the Ed McBain book. Burt Reynolds, Jack Weston, Raquel Welch. Police procedural is what Ed McBain did with the 87th Precinct series. It took me a while to find this one and I saw it for the first time in the last five years. Not exactly beloved. Patton Oswalt below likes it more than most. IMDb rating is only 5.5. Anything under a six is shaky. Conversely, once you get under a 3 rating at IMDb the movies start getting good again. The Bottom 100 at IMDb used to be full of some of my favorites (Eegah, Robot Monster, etc.), but now it is mostly actual bad movies.
