Grasshopper Ice Cream Pie #2

 

Seems thicker this time. Different ice cream and more of it. Vanilla ice cream, 2 oz. creme de menthe, 1 oz. creme de cacao. Mix together and pour into chocolate cookie crust. Freeze again. Used Bluebell homemade vanilla.

Another experiment. Half container vanilla ice cream. 1.5 oz creme de menthe, 1.5 oz. creme de cacao. Stir together and pour into chocolate cookie pie crust. Freeze. Needed more ice cream. A little soft.

Two ancient bottles found in a cabinet. 6 ice cubes. 1 oz. creme de menthe, 1 oz. creme de cacao. Blend until smooth. Add big spoonful vanilla or mint ice cream. Blend again briefly.
