The Powers That Be

1992-93 NBC. Norman Lear. Good cast. John Forsythe, Eve Gordon, Holland Taylor, David Hyde Pierce, Peter MacNicol, Valerie Mahaffey, Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Craig Bierko in a four story arc as a real dick in a wheelchair. I watched all of these a few years ago. Good show. 21 episodes. Five unaired.

Craig Bierko and Beverly D'Angelo on Gilbert Gottfried's Amazing Colossal Podcast

GGACP favorites Craig Bierko and Beverly D'Angelo return to the show for a spirited conversation about ABC Afterschool Specials, obscure time travel movies, the comedic brilliance of Martin Short and Richard Kind and the early days of cable television. Also, Al Pacino watches "Cats," Milos Forman inspires Steve Martin, Beverly grabs Chevy Chase's junk and Craig mixes up Bob Hope and Richard Nixon. PLUS: Imogene Coca! The return of old Groucho! Stan Kann the Gadget Man! In praise of Carrie Fisher! And rest in peace, Janet Ann Gallow!

Madman of the People

1994-95 NBC. Dabney Coleman. Craig Bierko. I watched one of these last year. NBC Blackout Thursday promo in the header. Wiki says it was one of the highest rated shows ever to get cancelled but it did have a Seinfeld lead-in. 16 episodes.
