Sandwich of the Day: Manwich 2026

Sauce is actually pretty good. I added onion, hot sauce, Creole mustard, little ketchup. Better after it sits for a while in fridge.

Cherry Smoked Chicken Wings, Hamburgers, and Jumbo Hot Dogs

Found my stash of hickory and fruit woods (apple, cherry, peach) in the garage last night. I used to cook semi-professionally for LSU games and smoked chicken wings were one of my specialties. Did 4 wings, 4 hamburgers, 4 hot dogs with hickory/cherry blend for lunch.

Fried Fish 7/3

Catfish filets from Rouses. Sitting with purple onion enhances flavor for cold fish sandwiches or poboys the next day. New Fry Daddy is good for this small scale frying.
