Baked Chili #2

 


With fresh Anaheim and banana peppers and Creole tomatoes. 1.5 lbs. ground beef, 1 onion, 1 stalk celery, 1 clove garlic, 1 can Rotel tomato, 1/2 jar salsa. 1 can black beans, red beans, pinto beans, drained. 2 tbl. chili powder, 2 tbl. cumin. 350 oven covered 1 hr. 

Mix of 10-12 Anaheim and banana peppers, sliced in half and cleaned, and layered in bottom of baking pan. 6 whole Creole tomatoes, chopped. Brown ground meat, remove, cook down onion, celery, garlic 3-5 min. Add fresh tomatoes and Rotel, cook 5 min. more. Add all seasonings, beans, meat, and cook five min. more. Pour on top of fresh peppers in baking pan, cover with foil, and cook 1 hr.
