Vodka Meat Sauce with Homegrown Tomatoes and Peppers

 


2 lbs. ground beef. 5 whole Italian sausages. 2 onions, 2 cloves garlic. 3 cans tomato sauce, 1 can tomato paste, anchovy paste. 12 Creole tomatoes, 10 Anaheim/banana peppers. Red wine. Splash of vodka.

For the freezer.
