Found my stash of hickory and fruit woods (apple, cherry, peach) in the garage last night. I used to cook semi-professionally for LSU games and smoked chicken wings were one of my specialties. Did 4 wings, 4 hamburgers, 4 hot dogs with hickory/cherry blend for lunch.
