Cornbread with Hot Peppers and Crawfish Etouffee

 


My grandmother's cornbread recipe with buttermilk, bacon fat, and a blazing hot cast iron skillet. Plus 6-8 little pickled tabasco peppers. And crawfish etouffee from the freezer. Served over rice.
