My friend finally sent the steak grilling photos from Sept. Hardwood charcoal fire was so hot, and these were really big steaks, that I guessed 7 minutes and 7 minutes a side, and went 7 minutes one side, and 5 minutes the other, good thing I checked they were done at 5 minutes and one was on fire. Had to hustle to grab a pan and get them off quickly. They were good. On sale, retail about $65, marked down $27. Couldn't pass that up and ate about four steak sandwiches too.
