Can't burn this one. Store brand vanilla bean ice cream. Store brand chocolate sandwich cookies, smashed. Let the ice cream soften and mix in the smashed cookies. Spoon into graham cracker crust and freeze again. Don't press the ice cream in and break the crust like I did. Ice cream should be soft.
