Outdoor Chicken

 

Outdoor kitchen. Electric smoker. Chicken Rocket. With beer. Mix of hickory and apple wood. Two and a half hours smoked. Finishing in oven now. 

Free TV from friend. Finally relegated to outdoor use. Still works fine. Antenna outside is actually better.
