Cooking With Wu: The Wok

 


Getting fancy. I had zucchini to cook and never cooked it before. Don't like zucchini. I told my father I am a trained professional and I can cook that zucchini in that wok after ten years sitting in the garage. And I did. I had to clean, oil, and bake the wok before using it to cook. My ex who was a line cook used to make stir-fry in that wok. That's how I learned. Good homemade.
