Stuffed Banana and Anaheim Peppers 2025

 

My usual finger food stuffed pepper appetizers. These are very good. Italian sausage, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, red pepper flakes, bread crumbs. 350 oven, 25 minutes. Even good cold.

Stuffed Anaheim Peppers 2025

 

Made this up with what was on hand. 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 cup rice, 1 can Rotel tomatoes, half an onion, 1 clove garlic. Topped with bread crumbs and parmesan. They were pretty with just the stuffing. Cut the peppers in half, cleaned them out, then stuffed them. 350 oven, 35 minutes.
