I've got a bottle of Four Roses on my booze shelf. Unopened. Sadly, most of my booze shelf is unopened. I can serve simple cocktails to guests now, where before I had nothing but old brandy. Got a bottle of decent dark rum and decent gold tequila over the weekend. Dark rum I cook with.
