Chicken and Peppers 9/26

 

Chicken Pepperoni. Still have a few peppers and this is my fav chicken dish. 3 big breasts, 2 cans diced tomato, 1 onion, 2 cloves garlic, red wine. Brown chicken and cook down everything in same pan. Pile on top of chicken and cook in 350 oven 40 min. I serve it over rice.

I had about 10 peppers for this dish. 8 Anaheim and 2 banana.
