Skinless, boneless, chicken breasts with rib meat (I prefer the bone in split breasts, which are huge.) Two cans diced tomato, one onion, two cloves garlic, red wine. 350 oven 35-40 min.

Blackberry Ice Cream Pie

 

New today. I've done cherry, blueberry, and peach. One can blackberry pie filling, half a container vanilla ice cream, softened. Stir together and pour into graham cracker crust. Back in freezer to freeze again.

Joy of Cooking recipe plus Creole mustard, Sriracha, red pepper flakes. New this time is all the leftover Anaheim peppers, chopped up and added. Topping is ketchup, Creole mustard, Sriracha, green hot sauce.
